At Greystone Needlepoint Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stitching projects. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused canvases and kits within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that canvases are not folded or creased.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect the items to ensure they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
